Terms of Service

These terms govern the WheelSwap AI wheel try-on service. The service lets a customer upload a car photo and a wheel/rim reference photo, then receive an AI-generated preview.

Service

One generation means one finished AI preview attempt. Paid generation packs are credited to the customer's account after the payment provider confirms the payment through the secure server callback. The service is digital and starts immediately after the balance is credited.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must upload images they have the right to use. The customer must not upload illegal, abusive, private, or third-party copyrighted content without permission. The customer understands that AI output is a visual preview and is not a technical fitment guarantee.

AI output

We try to preserve the vehicle, lighting, perspective, and wheel reference accurately, but AI generation can produce visual inaccuracies. The preview must not be used as the only basis for buying wheels, tires, adapters, or suspension parts. Final fitment must be checked by the seller, installer, or manufacturer.

Payments

Website and international Telegram bot payments are handled by an external payment provider. Prices are shown before checkout. A paid pack is considered delivered when generations are credited to the account. Russian Telegram bot payments are governed by the Russian offer shown in the Russian bot.

Refunds

Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. If a technical failure prevents generation and no result is delivered, the generation credit is returned automatically.

Account and balance

Generation balance is tied to the Telegram ID used for login or bot interaction. The customer is responsible for keeping Telegram access secure. We may block accounts that abuse the service, attempt payment fraud, or violate these terms.

Availability

The service depends on Telegram, external payment providers, AI providers, hosting, and network availability. Temporary interruptions may occur. If generation is unavailable, the service shows a temporary issue message and no internal provider details are shown to the customer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is shown in the website and bot before payment. Accepted legal versions are stored with the customer's payment or saved-card action where required.
