Refund Policy Effective date: 2026-08-04 This policy describes refunds for WheelSwap AI wheel try-on generation packs. Digital delivery Generation packs are digital services. A generation is delivered when an AI preview result is created and shown in the bot or website. If the AI provider fails and no result is delivered, the generation credit is returned automatically. When refunds may be considered Refunds may be considered when a payment was duplicated, the account was charged but credits were not delivered, or the service was unavailable and the automatic credit return did not resolve the issue. When refunds may be refused Refunds may be refused after credits have been used to generate previews, when uploaded images violate the Terms, when abuse or payment fraud is detected, or when the customer expected a technical fitment guarantee from an AI visual preview. Saved cards Saving a card is only a convenience for future manual purchases. It does not create automatic charges. Deleting a saved card stops future use of that saved payment token in WheelSwap. Saving or deleting a card does not change refund eligibility for generation packs that were already purchased or used.
